Enter and update property records, transaction details, and client information in the Darwin database; verify data accuracy and ensure completeness; collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies; maintain strict confidentiality and comply with data security policies; assist in generating reports and presentations based on collected data; provide clerical and administrative support as needed.
For tenant screening, I conduct detailed background evaluations, including credit checks, criminal history reviews, employment and income verification, and residential history. Once an applicant is approved, I guide them through reviewing and signing the lease terms to finalize the agreement.
In the application support line, I handle inbound calls from prospective tenants to provide updates on their application status, identify any missing documents, and clarify the reasons for pending reviews.
We also perform thorough residence history assessments to determine whether previous tenant behavior may indicate potential concerns, often requesting recommendation letters or references from former landlords.
I worked as a Customer Service Representative for Barclaycard Commercial Credit Card UK, assisting authorized company representatives with inquiries related to their employees’ corporate card accounts, including status updates, disputes, and complaint resolution.
