- Assist walk in customers by serving and advising on Bank products to meet their needs .
- Process over the counter transactions and request via FBEQ, CRM and Mosaic Tellering system
- Acts as primary co custodian on the Main Vault Door and Cash Safe
• Doing outbound calls and servicing incoming calls on motor insurance products.
• Responsible for professional advice on motor insurance inquiries, and working on a monthly sales target.
• Preparing and presenting motor quotations and following up and servicing each client.
• Responsible for overall delivery sales performance and acquisition of new business. Retention of quality business for the assigned branch and area.
• Entails implementation of strategic initiatives to build and maintain cordial business relationship with bank partners and to grow and retain dedicated sales distribution model
• Offers product solutions on financial needs of BPI Customers.
• Cross sell and upsell BPI-Philam products to BPI Customers.
• Establish, maintain and grow good relations with bank partners and prospective and existing clients of BPI.
• Provide excellent customer service and aftersales service to clients of BPI
