- Opening of signed contracts to generate file number
- Forwarding unsigned contracts to supervisor Emailing agents when details of the contract is incomplete
- Saving all correspondence from the contracts inbox
- Proceed with the allocation step on all files once the supervisor has confirmed that the allocations have been completed
- Advising the necessary person of any legal matters that are allocated to them e.g contract preparation, contract reviews, or transfer files by email
