(Administrative Assistant II)

-Designs, develops, and delivers comprehensive training and educational activities to newly
hired personnel
-Assists HR managers in payroll, benefits, coordinating on operational functions such as
recruitment, selection, on-boarding, contract management, personnel administration, and
provision of advice on HR related policy, awards, agreements, practice and legislation for
medical staff.
-Oversees and undertakes documentary requirements for promotions, retention and revision
of contract for every personnel.
-Daily handling of customer complaints or concerns.
-Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.
-Conducts and delivers presentations, sales materials and technical products that assists
sales personnel and interacts with clients all throughout the selling process to ensure their
understanding of the possible risks and guarantees on finance.
-Oversees and updates inventory of Medical supplies each week to secure the quality care
and assistance to both patients and doctors.
-Processing of consignees and handling disbursement vouchers to purchase the drugs,
meds and surgical supplies.
-Issuance award to winning consignees.
