I thrive on challenges and constantly set goals for myself. I am an organized person, can work under pressure with less supervision, and can keep myself calm and focus on multi-tasking while being patient.

• Organize all the records and monitor the project to have reliable cost reports.
• To enter data accurately and quickly and organize information so that it can easily retrieve information when it’s needed.
• Responsible for monitoring material documents from receiving to dispatch.
• In coordination with Purchasing and based on the Receiving Report, SAP Encoder will enter the actual number of items received in the Goods Receipt PO function of SAP System.
• Checking completeness of delivery documents prior to the unloading of materials.
• System transaction of received materials from the supplier
• Updating, maintaining, and submission of Receiving Report Monitoring
• In cases of Goods return, SAP Encoder will enter the items being returned to specific locations as per approved disposition.
• Monitor Inventory levels of Finished Goods and assist in ensuring that all Sales orders are served.
