Hello! I’ve been working in the financial industry for over 15 years, starting as a Branch Manager at a pawnshop and growing into an internal auditor. In my role as Branch Manager, I was responsible for maintaining the branch’s profitability and ensuring that we provided exceptional customer service to people from all walks of life. It was a rewarding challenge, and I’m proud of the positive impact my team and I had on our customers.
After 15 years of leading and learning, I shifted gears and became an Internal Auditor for the same company. This new role allowed me to travel across various branches, ensuring that operations aligned with the company’s vision and identifying areas for improvement. I also took on the responsibility of helping our company uphold its standards by addressing issues related to employees who were not fully aligned with our goals.
Beyond work, I enjoy reading novels, browsing social media and spending quality time with my family.
Now, I am eager to apply my skills in organization, problem-solving, and client communication as a Virtual Assistant, helping businesses with administrative tasks, time management and customer service. I am excited to embrace new challenges and grow in this dynamic field.
