I am a Social Media Manager and Content Creator. I help businesses grow and establish their businesses on different social media platforms through strategic marketing, content planning, and management.
I am also an IT- Support & Sales Administrator for 5 years and my primary responsibility is to handle and organize all the administrative tasks associated with the sales process. This includes tasks such as managing customer databases, tracking sales orders, preparing sales reports, coordinating with different departments such as marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure smooth delivery of goods and services, and managing paperwork and documentation related to sales.
