• Currently assigned as an RPA Process Architect where we assess processes if viable for automation, create timeline, assist projects that are opting to use RPA solutions and monitor developers under SDLC.
• I have also worked as an RPA Developer mostly using Automation Anywhere with VBA integration for bots performing the following but not limited to: Report Generation, Email Monitoring, Shakedowns and Ticket Creation.
• I was also previously assigned in a multinational consumer electronics retailer as the Shift Lead/Supervisor where I was responsible for units delivery, managing and meeting KPIs/metrics, queue management, shift management. On top of this, I have also performed several adhoc tasks such as managing the Team’s RIRO, labor validation, and maintaining documents for BRS.
