• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Email management/Handles company email
• Receive and process invoices for payment
• Updating the attendance
• Sending Purchase Orders, Quotations, Contract Agreements and Subcontract Agreements
• Updating site progress (Daily/weekly/monthly basis)
• Processing Offer letters up to getting Employment visas
• Clerical and admin tasks including drafting letters, memos and other documents for senior staff
• Receiving complaints through phone and report it to our technical team.
• Creating Gate Passes, Delivery Notes, Purchase Orders, Billing and Invoices for the clients.
• Sending SOA to the clients and doing follow up for the pending payments
• Encoding the items for stock received from the credit suppliers
• Checking all the discrepancies of the items in the inventory and correcting it to ensure the accuracy of the physical items VS inventory items on the system.
• Counting the daily collection from the vending machine manually (bills and coins) and prepare it for the bank deposits.
• Checking the deposit slips.
• Encoding the daily sales of the vending machine for the monthly sales report.
• Has knowledge on QuickBooks.
• To ensure that the company’s distribution centers maintain inventory level necessary to meet projected sales demands.
• Writing inventory reports, and performs Physical Cycle Counts
• Oversee the level of incoming products and ensure that it stays balanced with the level of outgoing products
• Performs audit functions and to make sure that all products are properly documented, in compliance with the rules and regulations
• Checking the inventory; system vs actual items on hand to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Make SDR (Stock Discrepancy Report) for any discrepancies on the documents and actual item received
• Check the PO, Proforma Invoice and the Packing List and IDF (Importation Data Form); suppliers documents for accuracy
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
