My first work is a "Weigher" on an international oleochemical manufacturing plant situated nearby. I encountered numerous challenges and, with perseverance and dedication, I earned a promotion within 6 months to become an Administrative Office Staff.
During this transition, I acquired new proficiencies, such as utilizing Oracle NetSuite for accounting and procurement tasks, and honed my communication abilities by engaging with diverse clients. Afterward, I secured a position at a BPO company as a customer service representative specializing in chat and email support. Our department handles state-of-the-art camera products, guiding customers through setup, troubleshooting issues, and elucidating the latest features available on our cameras.
Throughout my past jobs, I've gleaned insights into myself, mastering timely task management, testing my patience against various obstacles, and continually enhancing my skills through self-directed learning in the face of challenges.
When it comes to describing myself, I'd like to highlight that I'm hard-working and honest. I'm always eager to learn new skills and I'm known for being a good-natured, polite, and reliable individual. I adapt to new tasks with ease and am outgoing and tactful.
