• Served as primary day-to-day contact for all maintenance-related queries from owners and
agents of around 400 lots
• Managed reactive and preventive maintenance work orders in PIQ and followed up with
contractors for completion details
• Liaised with the respective city council for waste management and graffiti removal, street signs,
tree removal/pruning
• Reviewed invoices and uploaded them to PIQ for payment
• Sources quotes / contractors for special projects

NDA, DPAs and Pentest reports

compliance assessments to vendors to meet the new regulations
• Collaborates with the Compliance team for creating a Vendor Management Program
• Processes DSAR requests
• Performs general admin tasks like data entry, reports, etc. as required by the client
• Serves as primary day-to-day contact for all maintenance-related queries for 150 Owners
Corporations and around 2500 lots.
• Determines areas where properties need repair, and documents needed repairs. Reviewing POS
and obtaining approval from the owners' committee when needed.
• Administers reactive and preventive maintenance work orders in PIQ and follows up with
contractors for completion details
• Liaises with the respective city council for waste management and vandalism issues, shared
fences, other regulations
• Reviews invoices to ensure that the repairs are being charged appropriately and that the repairs
have been completed in reference to the scope of work and upload them to PIQ for payment
• Sources quotes / contractors for special projects
• Coordinates with property managers/owners and contractors for scheduling of works
• Prepares and issues notices related to maintenance works and specific complaints
