In my previous job as a live chat/messaging associate and a subject matter expert, I highly maintain a functional work environment while delivering excellent customer service. I have problem-solving skills and can work independently with a little oversight. I respond to clients promptly and have experience with Zendesk and other ticketing tools.

• Communicating with business owners in the US via e-mail, chat, and calls.
• Handling basic tax filing questions for an accounting firm in the US.
• Updating CRM and customer dashboards from time to time.
• Responsible for the day-to-day functional supervision of non-exempt work groups,
including work assignment and attendance monitoring; providing input into
selecting, training, developing, and completing performance appraisal of work
group(s) in accordance with the organization’s policies.
• Consistently monitor the team to proactively identify potential problems and ensure
appropriate parties are engaged through to resolution.
•Leverage outbound channels (primarily LinkedIn and email) to reach out and engage with users and influencers up to top-level executives in our target customer profiles offer a personalized value the proposition, and invite qualified leads to introductory calls with Account Executives.
•Involved in finding the right influencers / decision-makers in a company, engaging, building rapport, collecting referrals, offering a unique value the proposition, following up, nurturing, and creating a sales pipeline.
