I am Irish. I love reading manga and watching movies as well as playing online games. I have a 1 yr old daughter. I've been in the customer service industry for more than 5 years now.

In my previous job as a live chat/messaging associate and a subject matter expert, I highly maintain a functional work environment while delivering excellent customer service. I have problem-solving skills and can work independently with a little oversight. I respond to clients promptly and have experience with Zendesk and other ticketing tools.
