I have worked in the BPO industry for a year which trained me to have a better mindset on all things. Though, I studied education and gratefully graduated with a flying color, I decided to change my career. I want to focus on my passion which is being a social media manager, graphic designer, and a virtual assistant that can work independently. I am a positive and passionate person. Perhaps this can be manifested by my eagerness to do my best whenever I'm being tasked by a certain work. I believe that through my average skills in interrelationships and communication in verbal and written language, I can provide valuable support to a business.
I consider integrity, honesty, and responsibility to be the cornerstones of who I am—not only as a virtual assistant, but as a person in general. I am a woman who cherishes these qualities.

Provides customer support by phone, email or instant message to consumers. Serves as primary contact for inbound customer issues. Escalates more technical product-related issues to proper Product Support department.
Creates visual concepts, using computer software , to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
