Updating customer profile in company’s CRM & making daily sales report and transmittals.
Supporting E- Commerce product availability and delivery to customer.
Handling luxury brand ( Perfume, MakeUp, Skin care and watches)
Responsible for answering telephone inquirie & scheduling an appointment.
Doing some light admin task such as opening email, filing and data entry.
Ability to sell & upsell skin care products upon check out of clients.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Track expenses, manage cash flow & create invoices.
