Hello, my name is Irene Pienda, and I am a 27-year-old single individual residing in the capital city of the Philippines.
For almost four years, I held the position of Operational Manager, overseeing various teams in the e-commerce department. In my previous role at JPH HARDWARE INC, I managed teams comprising accountants, graphic artists, live streamers, warehouse personnel, and customer service representatives. Additionally, I supervised the operations of multiple online platforms, including TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada. I successfully handled ten stores across different platforms.
Managing such a diverse range of tasks was undoubtedly challenging; however, my dedication and passion for the e-commerce industry enabled me to lead the company to achieve its monthly and annual sales targets. I am proficient in computer-related tasks such as creating daily sales trackers, managing schedules, and solving problems efficiently.
I believe that I would be an excellent fit for the role of E-commerce Virtual Assistant / Data Entry Virtual Assistant due to my prior work experience, as well as my willingness to take on additional responsibilities within the company. Assisting the accounting department in organizing and categorizing all sales invoices, attending to daily bank visits to update the company passbook, ensuring timely release of weekly employee salaries, and managing the compilation of daily sales data charts.
