I, Inna, a person who is Committed, Reliable, Strong-willed, and Goal-Oriented. I've worked as a customer care agent for more than three years in the BPO sector. I am relatively new to the corporate world but I feel excited by it, and I am confident in my ability to learn new things.

I've had a rewarding experience working in the BPO sector. Everyday interactions with various clients have taught me how to be more patient and sympathetic.
