I am Ian Nava; I have 10 years of experience in Customer and Technical support. I started working as a Customer Care Agent in a call center gradually moving to a Technical Support Analyst. I also did social media management tasks promoting a Boxing page in YouTube and Facebook this includes schedule calendar posting, content creator and FB ads. I also currently promoting a page in Instagram that sell shoes. I am a team player. I am outgoing, dedicated, and open-minded. I also value Integrity and Innovation. I get across to people and adjust to changes with ease. I believe that a person should work on developing their professional skills and learning new things all the time. Currently, I am looking for new career opportunities that I can share my skills to clients. I have enough experience to occupy a managing position and I will be glad to work on increasing the customer loyalty rate of your company.

-Provide support to end users regarding internet issues
- Interact with internet service providers like Time Warner and ATT to provide services to our
work from home employees living in the us
- Gather customer’s information and provide updates on their created ticket
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity
- Create documents and standard procedure regarding rules and ordering for a certain internet
provider; example: Pricing and Speed
- Redirect problems to appropriate resource
- Create knowledge-based information for the team to check regarding to some questions about
procedures and ordering
-Follow up and make scheduled call backs to end users where necessary
- Deliver service and support to end-users using and operating automated call distribution phone
software, via remote connection or over the Internet.
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns,
and requests about products and services
- Gather customer’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the
symptoms
