Hello there, my name is Hydee Rose Ramos, or Hyds for short. I am 31 years old and originally from Maramag Bukidnon. Currently, I am a full-time housewife, happily married with one son. Throughout my journey as a mother, I have faced numerous challenges, particularly when I was a working mom. However, I have successfully learned to find a balance between work and family, as well as cultivate patience while fulfilling both roles. Being a mom is not easy, but I also find great joy in it. One of my favorite ways to unwind after work is by spending quality time and playing with my son, which helps me relieve stress and exhaustion.

I consider myself a fast learner and an effective communicator, both in group settings and on an individual level. Dedication, organization, and enthusiasm are integral aspects of my work ethic. Additionally, I have developed commendable interpersonal skills and maintain a strong focus on team collaboration. My continuous drive to learn and acquire new skills further contributes to my professional growth.

In 2014, I graduated from Central Mindanao University with a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science. This academic pursuit allowed me to gain comprehensive knowledge within my field of study. Upon completion, I secured a position as a clerk at a breeder farm in Manolo Fortich Bukidnon, where I worked for two years. This experience fostered my independence, exposed me to new aspects of my course, and honed my ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.

After my tenure at the breeder farm, I decided to take a break for one year. In 2017, I joined EL ELYON shell station, which proved to be a valuable career opportunity. Not only did I acquire essential professional skills, but I also experienced personal growth, particularly in my spiritual life. Working at this company taught me the importance of treating people, especially customers, with respect and value. I firmly believe that customers should receive top-notch treatment to build trust and ensure their continued engagement with the company. Whether through phone calls, emails, or face-to-face interactions, it is crucial to treat customers as esteemed guests, making them feel valued and appreciated.

I have gained diverse experiences throughout my professional journey that have helped shape me into a well-rounded individual. From overcoming the challenges of being a working mom to excelling in academic and professional pursuits, I have navigated each situation with dedication and a commitment to continuous improvement. I am eager to apply my skills, learn from new experiences, and contribute positively to any future endeavors.
