Responding to Inquiries:
Answer questions from tenants regarding payments, lease terms, property rules, and services.
Provide guidance on procedures like work order requests, maintenance issues, or lease transfers.
Handling Complaints:
Address tenant concerns promptly and professionally.
Escalate urgent issues (like HVAC failures, safety hazards) to the appropriate team.
Processing Payments:
Record rent and other payments accurately.
Inform tenants about balances, late fees, and payment plans.
Maintenance Coordination:
Receive and log work order requests.
Coordinate with maintenance or external vendors to resolve issues.
Follow up with tenants to confirm resolution.
Communication:
Provide timely updates regarding requests, approvals, or policy changes.
Maintain clear and polite communication via phone, email, or text.
Lease Management Support:
Assist with lease renewals, transfers, and term clarifications.
Ensure proper documentation is completed and filed.
Customer Experience:
Ensure tenants feel heard and supported.
