Being a service advisor, I interact face-to-face and sometimes through calls and emails with clients for the servicing of their vehicles or equipment. I interact with clients with empathy, adaptability, clear communication skills, responsibility, and patience. I make sure clients are satisfied and happy with how I cater their requests for their vehicles or equipment.
I can easily adapt to new environments and am very willing to learn new things. I am used to working under pressure and handle them very well. I managed my time well to be productive rather than just busy.
