Hi, I am Hershey and I am an entrepreneur since 2021. Pandemic came so I decided to enter the food industry. I am a very hard working person and I treated the company as my bread and butter because I always value the company that I am working with. My goal is that I have to challenge myself to excel in every task and to learn new skills from time to time. I also loved to work in a team because for me every person has a potential; but I can work alone with minimal supervision.
In my past work experiences, I was promoted and increase the sales of the company. They also trusted me to put me in different department. My greatest achievement was to processed all the backlogs and finished all the necessary documents before the deadline.
As a recruitment officer I encountered different kind of person and was able to meet their expectations. As per record, thru referral from the applicants and employers I was able to increase the employers that is asking for our assistance. By proper handling of the documents and managing of time I was able to increase the departure of the workers. It was great to satisfy and giving the employers the best of our service.
I am the kind of person who doesn’t stop learning. Also, as a mother it is very important to me that I can give all the basic necessities of my children so I have to work efficiently with dedication to the company.

• Admin works
• Sourcing/briefing/evaluating manpower requirements
• Updating/Coordinating/Answering queries from different employers
• Verifying contracts and other documents from employers or for applicants
• Responsible for checking accurately the documents for POEA processing
• Processing OEC(Overseas Exit Clearance)
• Briefing the workers/checking their documents before departure
• Updating the data base

Leasing Officer:
• Responsible for monitoring leasing contracts
• Maintained and documented accurate records of new and existing stores
• Monitoring of rental paid and requesting for upcoming rental payments
• Requesting for check/s to accounting dept.for all the expenses, rentals and other payments needed to be paid
• Responsible for ingress and egress of different store locations
• Process application and lease renewal
• Prepare leases and other paper works to be sign
Liaison Officer
• Responsible for all the government permits needed
• Responsible for requesting check/cash to pay the necessary permits
• Balancing the cash and the expenses made.
• Filling the documents and delivered the required papers to all store branches
• Attending different seminars related to permits processing
• Maximizing sales through effective marketing
• Auditing the sales report
• Recruiting, training and supervising store personnel
• Review store personnel performance on a regular basis
• Helping the store personnel on their duties
• Reporting all incidence and important memos/documents to the Head Officer
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
