· Customer Service handling Premium Customers
o Focal Point for specific Premium/Elite customers
o Provides information and queries regarding the status of their import and export shipments
o Provides vessel updates gathered from the department in-charge ( Operations Team)
o Close coordination with the Sales team regarding extra space requests, service contract validation, and other necessary inquiries need to be coordinated with.
· Cargo readiness Officer
o Close coordination with Sales, Operations, and Logistics team
o Ensuring completeness of container list submitted by shipper
o Clean up bookings with unassigned containers, and follow up shippers of final booking status
o Finalize container list, check correct temperature settings of reefer cargos, and ensure completeness of Dangerous Goods documents. All should be final on or before vessel cut-offs.
o Follow-up impediments
o Auto-freighting of each booking after vessel departure
o Sending of loading confirmation to customers
o Sending of booking forecast per vessel for Sales and Operations Planning
· Processing of export booking requests ex-General Santos
· Ensuring completeness of booking details and necessary documents.
· Ensure approval of space requests with coordination with Sales/Trade team
Responsible for documenting every unit of Yanmar tractors' serial numbers,
place of delivery, receiver, photos, freebies, and other tools. Ensure to send records completely to Head office.
• Encoding the actual number of finished goods loaded in each container in the system
• Responsible for invoicing and ensuring that all finished goods loaded in containers will be covered on monthly target sales.
• Responsible for preparing export documents processing e.g. Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, CO Forms, Bill of Lading, etc., and send to customers in a timely manner.
• Coordinates with shipping lines and forwarders for requests for quotation for customer acceptance.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
