OFFTAKE REPORT

This is a sample of what I handle as a former Data Analyst at MOSC. I handle the beginning inventory, delivery/adjustments, returns, ending inventory, and the off-takes. This is a major report that I was handling and was submitted every week to track what is needed to be restocked, and what item is the most purchased. Because of this off-take report, our client was able to have a promotion of buy 1 get 1 and price off for 2 new product launched.

CLEAN UP DRIVE MONITORING

This is the template of my other report called "Clean Up Drive Monitoring". This report aims to collect and consolidate of Area Supervisor's Merchandisers complying in clean up drive. This is scheduled every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month. This is to ensure that the products inside the supermarket and stores are safe, no bad order, no dent, no expired products, clean, and are presentable to the customers. This report tracks Area Supervisors in complying, and that this clean up drive is "all doors" meaning all outlet they handle are covered.

INVENTORY TRACKER

This is an inventory tracker that I learned through Tiktok. After gaining knowledge when it comes to data, I wanted to explore more about formulas. It was a trial and error, due to a formula that kept on getting changed, but I have learned how to fix it.
