Handles daily data report regarding attendance, trade, inventories, promotions, off-takes, RTV and B.O, and projects. Ensures complete and accurate data. Gathering and encoding frozen SKUs for weekly report. Works along with Area Supervisors, Team Leaders, HR, and with Clients for data compilation.
Building strong connections with the customers not only by crafting coffee, but by giving the utmost service to impact customer retention. Takes part in supervising and assisting newly hired baristas. Consistently achieving goals, and exceeding expectations by staying focus.
