I'm 26 years old and striving to be better. I've worked as a Customer Service Representative for 5 years. I also worked as a Sales Assistant for 8 months. In working in the industry of BPO for five years, I've handled an Amazon account for two years and my task is assisting customers through the phone about the products that they bought and the product that they are interested to buy in. And in three years with the BPO industry, I've worked with an Australian internet service provider and I'm assigned to monitor the application of each customer and we update it through an excel file. I've also tried to work in sales and my job is creating purchase orders for our clients and monitoring the delivery of each order.
With the said experiences that I had, I believe that I am qualified and ready for any tasks that will be given to me. I am very willing to learn more knowledge and skills that will help my growth in order for me to contribute more to the growth of the company that I'm working with.
