Hi, My name is Hazel Balbon Alon, your reliable and trustworthy Virtual Assistant. I am an innovative person who loves art and has a heart to serve to help businesses grow more by getting more of their time back.

I am a nurse by profession and my love for travel led me to my 9 years of experience as a Customer Service Agent in the aviation Industry and has dedicated some of my time as a Sales and Marketing Assistant.

As a Customer Service agent, we make sure to give the right information to customers, attend to their concerns with empathy and make sure that they have a smooth journey through their flights.

As a Sales and Marketing Assistant, I engage with the clients regarding the services that we offer as well as managing the booking of appointments and making sure that all deadlines are met on time. I also help improve the brand’s name by managing their Social Media Account and stay updated with the latest trends online.

Through this experience, I have developed more of my interpersonal skills dealing with different people from different places and allowed me to be able to adapt quickly in a diverse environment. It helped me hone my skills to organize more of my time to make sure that all tasks are done without delay.

I may not have much experience as a Virtual Assistant, but I am very willing to be trained and discover new skills along the way because I believe that growth always comes hand in hand with not being afraid to learn and that it’s not always about the skills but it’s the right mindset you have for work.
