My work experience began as a part of the hotel industry. I've worked with different hotels in Singapore for about 8 years. Not only did I learn how to manage customers, I also learned how to manage large budgets while handling risk. Quality control was also important because my company had to ensure our guests were happy by providing them with quality service and best food experience. Through this job, I gained knowledge and experience in project management and human behavior and helped the company reach and maintain their goals and aspirations.
I've been running a hotel for 15 years, and I've stayed at hundreds of hotels and inns around the world. I know what good hospitality, customer service, and comfort are. Now, as a digital marketer, I also know what it takes to grow your business. It's my job to provide you with the tools you need to attract and retain new guests and keep them coming back again and again through promotions, referrals, networks and most especially Social media exposure. I enrolled in paid mentorship program which is proven effective and successful. I'm excited want to apply it with you.
In 2016, I got married and settled down here in PH and I continued working as a Front Office Assistant Manager in 2 of the great hotels in Clark, Pampanga. However, my husband asked me to stop working and help him out with the admin work for his Construction business.
TBH, I miss working on the ground and collaborating with people with great minds. Now, I'm ready to get back on track and excited to start this great journey with you. I'm looking forward to create wonders and being able to serve my purpose once again.
