Work on Amazon Seller Suspended accounts to write appeal letters and initiate what are the requirements that Amazon could ask for in order for a store to be reinstated. We manage a lot of suspended stores which are deactivated for violating Amazon Policies such as Inauthentic Complaints, Drop Shipping, Velocity Limits, Order Defect Rate, Valid Tracking Rate, and Linked accounts. In addition, we also manage stores that are still active and are selling. We manage keeping track of shipments sent to Amazon and manage pricing of the products in order to compete with sellers and at the same time make profit without being way behind Amazon's Buy Box winner.
Assists Amazon Sellers with downgrading and upgrading their selling account. Answer questions regarding Amazon Seller account but not limited to inventory, shipping, payments, buyer complaints and reports. Also assists in shipping concerns mainly on overage or missing units of the shipment including status updates of shipments. We also help sellers who have concerns regarding their listing as to why it's not active, why there were no changes made that they made on their end but is not reflecting on the detail page. Including missing units of products that sellers think are not being counted as sold units of their stores. In addition, sellers also reach out to us as to why their listings are not visible on Amazon website even though the listings are active. We follow through an Amazon workflow if there are concerns from sellers that are mostly the kind of issues that happen inside their Amazon Selling Account.
Handling customers' concerns and questions regarding phone issues such as not being able to send/receive texts, not being able to make/receive calls, and not being able to connect to the internet using their phone. Our services are also not limited to that as we also assist customers on purchasing Airtime and answering general inquiries. We provide best customer service and at the same time handle technical issues concern from customers.
