I am a CSR for over a year, I did both outbound and inbound calls before I transition to working from home. I specialize in phone calls mostly customer service and appointment setting/cold calling. I can do a few graphic designs on photo and video editing. During my spare time I usually watch Tiktok, play with my cat, or watch movies. I also love learning so I enjoy watching free online courses on Youtube.
