My Story: Beyond the Resume
Hi! I'm Hannah Phoebe S. Rivera, though you can simply call me Phoebe. I'm 34 years old and happily married for six years. I take pride in being a mother to a lovely daughter, and our household is completed by two dogs and a cat. In my free time, I enjoy crocheting and digital painting as my hobbies.
After graduating in Multimedia Technology, I embarked on a diverse career journey. Initially, I found myself working as an English teacher in a Korean company, as there was a significant demand for my expertise. Subsequently, I transitioned to another company where I specialized in transcribing videos for subtitles. However, a sad event prompted me to make a change, leading me to work from the comfort of my home. I returned to my passion for teaching, this time focusing on Korean students, a role that's not only aligned with my skills but also allowed me to find renewed purpose and fulfillment in my professional life. My work-from-home journey began in 2015, initially as an Online English teacher for Korean students and later transitioning to a non-voiced Customer Service Representative (CSR) role. I had to step away from teaching when I welcomed my baby. It was during this time that I was introduced to the non-voiced job which allowed me to interact effectively with manufacturers, suppliers, and various individuals through email. Furthermore, I've received training in multiple fields such as virtual assistance, social media management, and Facebook Ads. I'm dedicated to supporting businesses effectively and efficiently in these domains. With my skills and determination, I'm well-prepared to deliver high-quality assistance. It will never be easy but I rely on Philippians 4:13 to navigate my daily challenges.
