I have worked in the BPO industry for more than 3 years as a Customer Service Representative at Sagility former Hinduja Global solutions Inc. which trained me to have a better mindset on all things . I was able to meet all of the quality scores for daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and was awarded best agent after just four months being with the company. I learned to hone my multi-tasking and time-management skills, value patience, and above all. I’m a person who thrives in a fast-paced environment so right now I’m looking for a bigger challenge, and an opportunity. “I am an extrovert, so I enjoy jobs where I get to interact with the public and help resolve their issues.
