Our farm is nestled in the heart of Nueva Ecija Philippines where my ancestors grew up. Coming from a family of farmers, Our land is a testament to sustainable and natural organic agricultural practices. My Father used to tell me, he has a passion for cultivating our land in harmony with nature, that is why he and his team specialize in the cultivation of diverse and nutrient-rich rice varieties.
Over the years, among our prized produce are three distinctive varieties of rice: black, red, and brown rice.
These varieties offer a spectrum of flavors, textures, and nutritional benefits.
Black rice, my great aunts favorite revered for its deep, ebony hue and nutty taste, is abundant in antioxidants and essential nutrients like iron and vitamin E.
Red rice, my mothers choice is known for its beautiful crimson grains, boasts high levels of antioxidants and fiber, promoting heart health and digestion.
Meanwhile, brown rice, known for its wholesome nuttiness, retains its outer bran layer, providing an excellent source of fiber, vitamins, and minerals are my generation's accepted choice.
The process of planting and harvesting these rice varieties is a labor of love passed on by my grandfather. From carefully collecting and selecting the finest seeds from all his years of expertise , he apply it to nurturing the seedlings in the rich soil of Nueva Ecija's fertile lands, our dedicated team ensures each crop receives the attention it deserves.
As the rice matures, our skilled farmers whom we considered family employ’s traditional methods combined with modern knowledge to optimise growth while preserving the natural integrity of the grains.
