Job Summary
- A Recruitment Associate is responsible for clerical duties such as: sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates to fill job vacancies inside an organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Source candidates from various platforms online such as (Job Street, Indeed, Monster, etc.)
- Checking of online job posting, database, and other viable sources
- Invite candidates for processing
- Assist recruiters during the recruitment process
- Assist in resume screening
- Sit-in alongside with recruiters during interview
- Tracking down client endorsements
- Test administration
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- familiarity of hiring procedures and phases (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
- Proficient in using social networks and various recruiting software/websites (Job street, Indeed, Monster)
- Has the ability to function both individually and as a team
- Has great planning and time-management abilities
