•	Assisting the customer for First Notice Of Loss. 
•	Provided the assistance and guidance to file a claim for the total loss. 
•	Manages insurance company inquiries, resolves service problems, documents customer requests, and finalizes policy adjustments. 
•	Answering incoming calls center questions  about the insurance  coverage  issues,  as well  as consumer complaints  and general inquiries. 
•	Demonstrate  accuracy  in processing  client  policy  modifications based  on the given data. 
•	Stay up-to-date  on new marketing  efforts  to answer  insurance  product  inquiries  utilizing  all the resources available 
•	Handle complaints , present  appropriate  solutions , and alternatives within  the timeframes  set,  and follow  up to ensure  that the issue  has been resolved.
•	Familiarize with and remaining up-to-date with changes in the plans.
•	Greeting customers in a friendly manner using the suggested script. 
•	Answering calls and email inquiries in a timely manner. 
•	Make outbound calls to patient, referrals, and sales as needed. 
•	Utilize resources to troubleshoot and resolve patient issues. 
•	Use full product knowledge to service patients. 
•	Assist patient and clinics, referring doctors and insurance companies with medical billings and claims. 
•	Researches explanation of benefits and/or denials in imaging system in order to assist patient and explain balances. 
•	Updates billing system with updated patient demographic information. 
•	Researches missed discount, duplicate charges, reverse collection decisions, and insurance denials.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
