- Generate, prepare and send Reminder Notice to delinquent employers in Region 2
- Validate delinquent employers due for CMS-TeleCollection for employers with 1-3 months in arrears
- Validate delinquent employers due for CMS-Collection Agency for employers with 4 months and above in arrears
- Monitor and validate status of delinquent employers for PenCon monthly report
