● Billing Home Infusion for BCBS MI and BCBS FL under Carecentrix
● I specifically process Nursing visits, Antibiotics, Steroid, Enzyme, IVIG, SCIG,
Biological Therapy, TNF BLK
● Obtain Prior Authorization for Diagnostic Imaging
● Calling the Dr’s office and Patient for the status of the request.
● Checking the daily status of requests through the portal or by calling insurance.
● Data entry for e-faxes received
● Claims are for MRI, CT scan, PT Therapy, Chiro Therapy, X-ray, Surgery, ketamine
infusion, and DME for Auto Insurance
● Outbound calls to the provider’s office/facilities for any lacking documents needed
Obtain prior authorization either by calling the insurance company or through web portals
Process claims
Schedule patients for their appointment
Update patient information using CRM
