Hi, I'm Grace and I have been working as a Customer Service Representative for over 5 years.
I mainly handle non-voice CSR and provide assistance and support to customers through online chat and email which involves answering product inquiries, troubleshooting and resolving complaints. As a CSR, I ensure that the customer has a positive experience with the company and their inquiries and issues are handled in an efficient manner.
I started my journey through a BPO company which taught me problem solving and communication skills.
I can work well under pressure, can handle multiple tasks and remain calm even when handling difficult customers.
