•Provide full secretarial and admin support to the project team to ensure the smooth running of the
project operations
• Develop and maintain document control processes for the efficient management
• Administration of employee time and attendance
• Prepare and submit materials and supplies requisition
• Coordinate leave process of labours and staff of the project team
• Prepare work quotation as per client’s requirement
• Prepare correspondences, drawing approval request, work intimation request, warning letters and
performance evaluation report
• Prepare monthly cash bills or expenses
• Handle and monitor the material and logistic invoices to ensure timely payment process
• Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
•Responsible in end-to-end recruitment and on boarding process
• Coordinate with the company PRO for employee’s visa, medical and emirates ID application,
renewals and cancellation process
• Administration of employee time and attendance and payroll process, prepare leave and final
settlements
• Prepare and disseminates contracts, HR memos and correspondences like salary certificates,
NOC letters, Salary transfer letters, Promotion/demotion letters, Termination letters, Circulars
and Notice etc.
• Responsible with disciplinary / grievances of employees and HR issues, using HR and company
policy and knowledge
• Administer the medical/health insurance of employees for reimbursements and any additions and
deletions upon staff joining and leaving, medical claims, workmen compensation and vehicle
insurance
• Manage the licenses, permits and approvals required in line with the applicable law
• Maintain and update hard copy and electronic filing system.

•Assist the HR Manager on the manpower requirement by checking required experience, qualifications
and skills, prepare job advertisements
