• Assist customers with troubleshooting, technical problems, or product/service usage inquiries. Offer step-by-step guidance, suggest solutions, or refer customers to appropriate resources.
• Handle customer complaints or dissatisfaction by actively listening to the customer, empathizing with their concerns, and working towards a resolution that meets the customer's needs and the company's policies.
• Process customer orders, track shipments, handle returns, and manage any other customer-related transactions. They ensure accurate and timely processing to meet customer expectations.
