Insurance Coordinator:
Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits prior to dental appointments.
Prepare and submit dental claims to insurance companies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with insurance guidelines.
Follow up with insurance companies on pending claims and outstanding payments.
Handle patient inquiries regarding insurance coverage, billing, and payment options.
Assist in determining patient insurance coverage for procedures and inform the dentist of any limitations or exclusions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies, changes in procedures, and industry best practices.
Coordinate with the dental team to ensure accurate coding for claims submissions.
Appeal denied claims and provide necessary documentation to resolve issues
Senior Receptionist
Attend and assist patient’s calls and inquiries with professionalism and patience.
Encoding patient’s details and information accurately.
Managing & scheduling patient’s appointment according to their treatment procedure and doctor’s availability
Coordinating with the nurse’s and doctor’s about the patient’s appointments, treatment procedures and laboratory.

Job Description: Attend and assist patient inquires and information promptly with excellent service.
Attend all calls, giving and follow up all patient scheduled appointments.
In charge in processing and submitting all Insurance Claims.
Coordinating with the insurance company regarding the status of all patient with insurance
Cleaning, Organizing and Autoclave all the equipment and materials used.
In charge in collecting and remitting daily cash and credit card report.
Organizing and Updating all files and doctor’s appointment.
Make a monthly report for new, old patient, and credit card report
Ensure the timely submission of monthly statistic for new patient for MOH
Monitoring, Checking and Purchasing all stocks and their expiration
Supervises and coordinate the cleaner and their agency.
Prepare and Assists doctors and patient in dental procedure such as tooth extraction, RCT, bleaching, orthodontics procedure, crown, bridges, denture, CF, scaling and polishing, and x ray
Setting up trays as preparing instrument for dental and orthodontics treatment.
Maintain the cleanliness of the whole clinic
Coordinate with the doctor’s regarding all clinic matters.

4)Assists Cash Supervisor in handling cash to distribute to all cashiers.
5)Train newly hired cashier in cashiering and other duties.
6)Collecting and distributing cash to all cashiers for daily change.
7)Ensure that all cash are accurate and properly recorded
8)Maintain accurate counting and report of cash, card and mobile recharge at the end of the day.
9)Keep the area clean, organize and presentable.
