Liaise with Solicitors/Conveyancers, Clients, BDM’s, and Lenders, assist the whole process with
Settlement Phase.
Follow up with Lender’s to ensure the file progresses in a timely manner.

Provide exceptional customer service, assisting with any additional needs pre-settlement.
Maintain proactive communication with customers and brokers throughout the loan process.
Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and submitted promptly.
Facilitate seamless communication between the business, lenders, and other stakeholders.
Audit disclosures, re-disclosures and closing disclosure for TRID, federal and state compliance.
Ensuring that operations comply with state audit, regulations, and policies.
Monitoring and documenting Compliance activities.
Identifying, investigating, and reporting compliance issues.
Checking the Initial, re-disclosures and closing disclosures if sent correctly to the Borrower.
Following all Guidelines in every state to pass state audit.
Email Processors in each every to state for the missing requirements/forms to pass Compliance.
Perform other tasks /responsibilities as a Disclosure Compliance Specialist.
Assesses credit opportunities; identifies key risks, and structures alternatives working with relationship
managers and credit officers.
Making decisions in the best interest of the customer and organization
Provides support to Account Officers on customer call as needed.

Front-liner.
Managing high volume of inbound online inquiries; ensuring overall customer experience and satisfaction
Help customers by answering questions through proper channels and responding to requests promptly.
