My name is Glenn Tajala, I am married, and a father of two adorable sons, ages 11 and 6 months.
I am driven and dedicated individual ready to take on the responsibilities of a virtual assistant. I am eager to contribute my knowledge and skills to help clients manage their responsibilities successfully and effectively. I have a strong background in administrative assistance and an aptitude for multitasking.
I grew up in a very laid-back and serene Province of Polomolok, South Cotabato, Mindanao, Philippines. I have always been recognized for my meticulous personality and proactive approach to problem solving. My upbringing in a close-knit community instilled in me a strong sense of purpose and a love of helping others, qualities that have guided me significantly in every aspect of my life.
I pursued my academic goals at AMA Computer Learning College where I completed my vocational degree in Software Development. I cultivated a wide range of skills while in college, which are essential for success as a virtual assistant. These skills involved proficiency in office softwares, time management techniques, and communication strategies.
Having worked in administrative positions for more than 10 years, I have honed my skills to assist teams, clients and administrators across a range of industries. In my previous positions, I have successfully managed calendars, organized meetings and events, handled communications, and carried out a variety of administrative duties with precision and professionalism.
Motivated by a desire for a greater degree of independence and flexibility, I wanted to shift my career as a virtual assistant which I believed fits my values and strengths. I can provide a wide range of services such as scheduling, data entry, email management, research and customer assistance. My commitment is to be offering trustworthy and efficient support to clients allowing them time to focus on their primary duties and accomplish their objectives.
I am proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Project Management Software and Communication Platforms. Additionally, I have a keen eye for detail and the capacity to establish and fulfill priorities. I handle every task with dedication, professionalism, and a proactive perspective especially in managing hectic schedules.
I am thrilled for the chances that lay ahead as I begin this exciting journey as a virtual assistant. I am confident in my abilities in providing an outstanding customer service and go above and beyond expectations because of my experience, skills and dedication. *Supervise all construction activities and ensure compliance with all construction specifications.
*Interpret building plans as well as demonstrate outstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
*Coordinate the activities of subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to all project specifications and schedules.
*Monitor construction progress, including worker productivity at worksites.
*Resolve problems when they arise, ensuring work is done in compliance with approved plans.
*Prepare and submit progress reports to the Site Engineer regarding the construction status.
*Enforce all safety regulations on site to ensure works are in compliance with safety regulations.
*Receive incoming tools/materials/consumables and inspects their quality.
*Ensures recording and smooth lending of tools/materials/consumables and establishes withdrawal.
*Monitor the incoming and outgoing requests of subcontractors and administrative staffs for construction materials.
*Maintain inventory of the supplies to monitor stocks levels and order materials as necessary.
*Maintain a clean and orderly storage of the warehouse.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
