I have been a Customer Service and Sales Representative for one of the largest telecommunications companies in the USA for three years. During this time, I managed a multi-service line of business with AT&T, addressing various services such as cable, internet, VOIP, and wireless. My responsibilities included answering inbound calls, making outbound calls when necessary, and assisting customers in resolving concerns related to their accounts and services. This encompassed addressing inquiries about AT&T's products and services, as well as handling issues related to billing, payments, orders, changes, technical problems, and other account-related concerns. Additionally, I managed misrouted calls and executed both cold and warm transfers. This journey has instilled in me the confidence to consistently deliver high standards of service.
My expertise lies in sales, customer service, account management, and basic administrative tasks. I excel in handling various customer concerns and providing assistance across a broad spectrum of issues. I am proficient in managing different types of accounts and services, with strong skills in selling, negotiation and closing deals. Having received customer satisfaction (CSAT) and sales awards for exceeding targets. Currently I am completing my General Virtual Assistant certification.
