More Info About Me

As a Customer Service Representative in a BPO setting, I spent more than 3 years performing various tasks to guarantee customer satisfaction. My responsibilities includes handling inbound call and email inquiries from our B2B partners, identify cause of problem and recommend solutions, provide accurate and efficient processing of reservations or support work relating to hotel booking, hotel cancellation and refunds. As the project expanded, I handled flight reservation where I maintain member accounts whenever there are changes in their profiles and send program related collaterals and forms. At the same time, I manage feedback/complaints and liaise with backend support to resolve member's issue and involve in ad-hoc projects. I performed data entry using client owned tools and system.

Recently, I focused on Talent Acquisition and Recruitment and spent more than 2 years sourcing applicants under a logistic company. My day to day task is to screen applicant resumes, set interviews and assessment, decision making and offer up to onboarding the candidate.

Additionally, I am proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking system, as well as GDS with the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision. I am confident in my ability to follow instructions and produce the quality of work expected of me.
