1. Daily Time Record - Every month, I checked to see if contractual workers submitted their Daily Time Records with all of the necessary attachments.
2. Application for Leave Logbook - I kept track of permanent employees' submissions and computed their outstanding leave credit balances. If the client was pleased with our service, I also do customer satisfaction surveys.
