Inputting and maintaining records, such as citizen information, financial data, or administrative records, into databases or spreadsheets. Maintaining and organizing files, records, and documents related to the activities and operations of the government unit. This could include both physical and digital filing systems. Helping to prepare meeting agendas, taking meeting minutes, and distributing materials to attendees.
Assigned to answer clients' questions and complaints regarding their internet
connection, device, and account. Do some research, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical
issues, including the account setup and network configuration
Taking orders and updating clients through email and telephone calls. Liable for
the cash register and all daily transactions. Keeping track of the sales and inventory of the
materials.
Assigned to typed documents such as Barangay Clearance, Indigent and Lot
Certifications, Resolutions, etc. Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities. Made
invitations and certifications for different Barangay events.
Conduct in-depth internet research on a wide range of topics, industries, and markets.
Review photos, edit, and make necessary changes to achieve the highest quality using the appropriate tools.
Create spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders.
Specializes in scheduling appointments, making phone calls, making travel arrangements, and managing email accounts.
