Hi! I’m Gisellie Abiva, but you can just call me Ghe. I’m from Olongapo City and grew up in San Felipe, Zambales. I enjoy watching movies, trying out local restaurants, riding my motorcycle, and traveling to new places.
I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in IT from Gordon College and have built a career that combines customer support, data research, and creative work. In my previous role, I handled player queries, resolved technical issues through Zendesk, and improved workflows by sharing knowledge and updating documentation. Before that, I worked at Temeneco Inc., where I organized lead data, managed reports, and earned a promotion to Team Leader in just five months. My earlier experience as a Conversion Programmer sharpened my accuracy and multitasking skills through data transformation, HTML/XML tagging, and admin support, while my work as a Media Formatter and T-shirt Designer gave me practical skills in graphics and visual formatting.
