• Collecting and encoding data from invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents, and information from clients and providers while ensuring accuracy.
• Informing and endorsing relevant personnel regarding errors encountered.
• Combines data from both systems when account information is incomplete.

• Provides assistance to HR Executives in ensuring that the company complies with all government regulations pertaining to Occupational Safety and Health and Family Programs.
• Assists in the compliance of DOLE-mandated activities.
• Provides linkages with the Local Government Unit and its people's organizations; assisting the HR Executives in compliance with locally enacted ordinances relative to labor and employee safety and wellbeing.
• Coordinates with local PESO for employee Development programs.
• Coordinates with HR Specialists in identifying and providing necessary employee training.
• Responds to customer inquiries via email.
• Assist with marketing activities (emailing, push notifications)
• Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes.
• Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales efforts
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
