I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting Technology. I I have experience in managing business and handling people for 3 years. And became part of the Resolution Team after 3 months working in BPO as a customer representative in a telecommunication account, which is responsible for auditing calls and handling escalations to make sure that the policies are being followed. I am currently employed as a Legal/Compliance Specialist in a construction company, I am responsible for the legal matters of the company, as well as participating in conducting audits.
