- Professionally returns incoming calls from account customers.
- identifies and looks into client phone and internet-related complaints.
- Schedules an appointment with the technician if the issue requires physical attention.
- Collaborates with Escalations, if necessary.
- Assures the call's quality in accordance with the client and company standards.
- Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted
